We expect a large turn up from all the batches that will surely make the gathering a vibrant and colourful one. You are requested to team up batch wise and send in your participation confirmation. Please do spread this message to as many ex-students of the school as possible.
You are requested to register early to enable us to run the show and organize variety programmes more efficiently. Please provide the details of your registration like the Type (Aor B) that you would like to attend. You may register by any of the following means:

Nov 14th
§  Start from ST.XAVIER’S SCHOOL, DURGAPUR 6 at 8.00 a.m..—Luxury Video Coach
§  Stop at Muchipara 8.05 am – boarding point
§  Tiffin Packet Breakfast and Mineral water Bottle will be provided.
§  Pick up point at Science City Kolkata, scheduled time around 11.15 a.m.
§  Buffet Lunch will be provided at around 2 p.m. at SONAKHALI on Launch
§  Tour will start on Launch from SONAKHALI around 2.30 p.m..
§  Destination  GOSABA at around 4 p.m., will visit Sir Hamilton Bungalow, Rabindra Nath Tagore’s Rest House and Anukul Chandra Ashram
§  Next destination PAKHIRALOY (Evening Snacks  and  Coffee will be served at around 5.30 p.m.
§  Last destination HOTEL for night stay. At hotel, there will be a COLOURFUL MUSICAL DRAMA based on SUNDERBAN will be presented by Local Artists.
§  Buffet Dinner at around 9 p.m. in the Hotel.

Nov15th 
§  Morning Bed Tea and Biscuits served at around 7 a.m.
§  The following places are in the destination list:  SOJNAKHALI WATCH TOWER,  SATJALIA,  BAGNA FOREST,  KUMIR MARI,  RAYMANGAL RIVER,  JHINGAKHALI   &  BURIR DABRI WATCH TOWER.
§  Night stay at Hotel
§  Breakfast ---9.30 a.m.,  Snacks & Coffee --- 11.30 a.m.,  Lunch ---1.30 p.m.,   High Tea & Snacks ---- 4.30 p.m.,    Evening Snacks and Tea --- 6.30 p.m.,   Buffet Dinner and Bonfire ---- around 9 p.m.

§  Arrangements  for  bus dropping you at the nearest bus stoppage to your residence ( to be mentioned at the time of registration)
Terms & Conditions
§  Rate per head Rs5600/- for bookings up till 21st September 2013.  For bookings from 22nd September 2013 till 30th September 2013, rate per head Rs6000/-.
§  Bookings can be made by NEFT to our savings bank account [under intimation by email to xavex.dgp@gmail.com   MANDATORY] or by bank draft or  by local/multicity cheques, or by cash.

§  The form attached should be filled in completely.  You may email the form also. Incomplete forms with relevant details not filled in may cause problems later on for which XAVEX will not be responsible.
§  The trip will be possible only if there are at least 4o heads registering. In case the total number of people registering by 30th September 2013 falls short of 40, the trip will have to be cancelled and the money paid will be returned to the contributors.
§  Hotel Accommodation  ---- The accommodation will be in double occupancy rooms to be shared by three people. For a family (couple with one child), a room with double occupancy will be provided.
§  The timings stated are tentative and there may be deviations from the time stated for unforeseen circumstances.
§  There cannot be any claim of refund in part or full if the trip is organized [ i.e. once there are 40 or more people registering]. The full money will however be refunded if the trip is cancelled for any unforeseen situations.
