Reunion 2013

Dear All Ex-students,

Like other past years, this year also we have organized a Reunion of passed out students of the school in Durgapur on the 5^th and 6^th of January 2013. The details of registration are as follows:

If you want us to arrange accommodation for you, kindly call or send in an email.

It being the Golden Jubilee of the school, we expect a large turn up from all the batches that will surely make the gathering a vibrant and colourful one. You are requested to team up batch wise and send in your participation confirmation. Please do spread this message to as many ex-students of the school as possible.

You are requested to register early to enable us to run the show and organize variety programmes more efficiently. On spot registration for the 5^th and 6^th of January 2013 shall be limited to our capability to provjde and may not be possible at all. To avoid disappointment kindly register early. Please provide the details of your registration like the Type (A,Bor C) that you would like to attend. You may register by any of the following means:

[b] Account Payee Demand Draft/Local Cheque/At Par cheque  drawn in favour of The Durgapur St.Xavier’s School Alumni Association payable at Durgapur. Kindly mention your name and year of passing school at the back of the instrument. We would strongly encourage you to team up and sponsor a teacher of the school in the programme on the 6^th January 2013. In such a case kindly send in intimation to us to avoid the same teacher being sponsored by multiple groups!!

In case you have planned an event for the show, kindly let us know to help organize.

It is basically your programme and we would all like to have it with the purpose of re-living our fun filled school days. Spouses and children are more than welcome to the show too.
